Below outlines the Terms & Conditions for the My Pension Expert Refer a Friend Offer, where you and a friend can both receive a £100 Marks & Spencer gift voucher.
Eligibility
You and a friend will qualify for your vouchers if you, the referrer*, has recommend someone who isn’t already a My Pension Expert customer and who proceeds with our advice and completes their application with us. You will not qualify if you are an employee of My Pension Expert.
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer in a year. You must not recommend anyone as part of your business. There must be no reason known to you that would stop you or the person you are referring to from receiving these vouchers.
All referrers must be an existing My Pension Expert customer.
How to refer your friend
Step 1 – Share your unique reference number with your friend (the referee**), and direct them to our referral form found here. They can also call us directly on 0808 271 3706, or complete a postal referral using the form that will be sent to you when you complete your pension transfer with us.
Step 2 – Your friend fills in their details, and we’ll get in touch with them shortly to start their journey to retirement. Please note, by providing their details, they agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.
Step 3 – If both you and your friend take our advice and complete a pension transfer with us, you’ll both get a £100 M&S voucher. Please allow up to 30 days from the date the last transfer completes to receive these.

Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
Glossary
*The referrer – an existing client of My Pension Expert who has taken advice and completed their fund transfer. They will have been invited into the refer a scheme on completion by My Pension Expert.
**The referee – an individual who has not previously taken advice from My Pension Expert and has submitted an enquiry using their friends referral code.
